Graduate program structure

Are you a motivated student who wants to contribute to lasting change? Help us shape the future of our company and industry.

Our 2–year graduate program gives you the tools and skills to innovate and invent – to challenge the way we do things and help us find better ways to produce materials the world needs.

As we have graduates joining at different times of the year depending on location, our development program is divided in 2 phases, which are completed over a period of 16 to 24 months.

Entry requirements

Additional criteria may apply and if applicable, will be listed in each job advertisement. Current opportunities are listed above.

For graduate roles you need to:

  • have the right to work in the country where the position is based (citizens, permanent residents, student or postgraduate work visa holders)
  • have graduated with a relevant university degree and have less than 2 years of relevant work experience.

For intern/co-op opportunities you need to be:

  • enrolled in a relevant university program in the country where the position is based
  • returning to university after the co-op placement/internship.
